• You must not already hold another active tg999 account. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any other individual or organisation.

3. Account Registration & Verification

When registering a tg999 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.

Identity Verification (KYC)

• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official letter dated within the last 3 months)

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tg999 login credentials. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Maximum withdrawal amount: ৳200,000 per day (subject to account tier and verification status)

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except through the defined wagering process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tg999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Bonus abuse, including attempting to exploit promotions by opening multiple accounts, using VPN services to circumvent geographic restrictions, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use tg999 for financial crime, including using gambling activity to conceal illicit funds.
• Collusion or coordination with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Use of automated bots, scripts, or software designed to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for genuine human players.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at tg999 staff, other players, or any third party associated with the platform.

7. Responsible Gaming
